[Enjoy carefully selected healthy food and music]

The owner of the shop was a musician who traveled all over Japan for 30 years, but when he returned to his hometown he opened a shop that was just a regular coffee shop and bar.
When we decided to relocate the shop, we decided to hold a live jazz performance as a commemorative event, which was well received by our customers.
This led to the concept of “Let’s make live performances a selling point for our new store.”

In May 2021, the bar moved to its current location and started hosting a variety of live shows, including not only jazz but also classical and pop music. It has made a fresh start as a place where you can enjoy food and drinks while listening to live music.

The number of regular customers has increased, mostly in their 50s and 60s, and we now have customers not only from Yanagawa, but also from Kurume and Omuta.
Although concerts are the main focus of the restaurant, the food is also popular, thanks to their focus on organic ingredients.

The tea served is from “Irie Tea Garden” in Kurogi-cho, Yame City, which is known for its completely pesticide-free cultivation. The honey used in the sweets is also from “Hanami no Michi, Honeybee Workshop” in Yame City, which is known for its aged honey.
The meat is domestically produced and the chicken is carefully selected from Kagoshima. The most popular lunch item is the hamburger steak made with Saga beef and black pork.

This is a restaurant where you can enjoy healthy meals while listening to great music.
