Regarding the Use of Images

The images registered in the photo gallery of this site are published for the purpose of promoting tourism in Yanagawa City. As long as the use aligns with this purpose, anyone is free to use the images. However, the use of images will not be permitted in the following cases:

1. Those deemed not to contribute to the promotion of tourism in Yanagawa City (this does not apply if the use is limited to personal or household purposes)
2. Actions that are contrary to public order and morals
3. Selling or reselling the images themselves

4. The image data itself may not be separated, reproduced, or distributed (sold, rented, freely distributed, lent, etc.) as an independent transaction object, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. If you are unsure whether your use falls under the above-mentioned cases, please consult with our organization.
5. The images posted on this site may be cropped or used with minor modifications, such as cutting out specific areas, as long as this is necessary for the intended use. However, using images by cropping or cutting out specific people or parts that clearly have no relation to the promotion of tourism in Yanagawa City is not allowed.
   Modifications to the color tone or any alterations that change the original image's impression are not permitted. Please avoid using images in a way that significantly damages the original image, such as enlarging them to the point where the quality of the photo is impaired due to insufficient data.
6. If any violations of these photo gallery terms are identified, or depending on the content, the user may be subject to legal action such as compensation for damages due to copyright infringement.
